I feel hopeless.

I feel like all the independence I though I had was lost to that relationship. That now, even when it’s over, I still want someone to cuddle with, someone to reassure me. You fucked me up by making me fall in love with you, and for that, you will never be forgiven. I’m trying to move on, but I think I need to make sure I can manage being independent and single before I can get close to someone else again, before I can begin a new relationship. I guess I’ll just have to wait and find out. But in the meantime, is it so awful to cuddle with someone else, to flirt with them?
